Standard Referencing Requirements

 

Standard Applicants

(On Electoral Roll and in Full-Time Employment for at least 6 months/If Self-Employed/Contracted must have 3yrs Accounts)

 

Non-Standard Referencing Requirements

Where a Applicant is unable to meet our Standard Referencing Requirements a Guarantor will be required in the following instances.

 

Overseas Applicants

(Guarantor required for all overseas student applicant)

 

Non-Standard Applicants

(Guarantor required when Not on Electoral Roll or Not in Full-Time Employment for at least 6 months e.g. DSS/Benefit/Unemployed/Full-time Student or SelfEmployed/ contracted for less than 3years)

 

 

EACH APPLICANT MUST REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING AT APPLICATION STAGE:

 

 

1. PROOF OF IDENTITY : DOCUMENT(S) FROM LIST

2. PROOF OF RESIDENCE : UTILITY BILL (dated within last 3 months)

3. LANDLORD REFERENCE/DETAILS

4. EMPLOYED - 3 MONTH PAYSLIPS or EMPLOYER REFERENCE with latest 3 months Bank Statements

5. SELF-EMPLOYED - 3 YEARS ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNTANT REFERENCE.

(Those who submit accounts by Self Assessment need 3 years  Accounts  SA100(paper) or SA302A(online), along with latest 3 months Bank Statements)
