Where a Applicant is unable to meet our Standard Referencing Requirements the full rental period is payable in advance in the following instances.

EACH APPLICANT MUST REMEMBER TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING AT APPLICATION STAGE:
1. PROOF OF IDENTITY : DOCUMENT(S) FROM LIST
2. PROOF OF RESIDENCE : UTILITY BILL (dated within last 3 months)
3. LANDLORD REFERENCE/DETAILS
4. EMPLOYED - 3 MONTH PAYSLIPS or EMPLOYER REFERENCE with latest 3 months Bank Statements
5. SELF-EMPLOYED - 3 YEARS ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNTANT REFERENCE.
(Those who submit accounts by Self Assessment need 3 years Accounts SA100(paper) or SA302A(online), along with latest 3 months Bank Statements)
